NOTICE OF MEETING

Dear Councillor

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Roughton Parish Council, which will be held on Thursday 18th January 2024 commencing at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall on Main Street, Roughton. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.30 and 7.45 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

1.   To allow a period of public participation for up to 15 minutes. 

2.   Chairman’s welcome and remarks

3.   Apologies for absence received and to approve those with good reason for absence.

4.   To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.

5.    Notes of the meetings held on  16th November 2023 to be approved as minutes.

6.    To receive a written or oral reports from Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council

7.    Financial matters:

a.   To note bank balances and signing of statements

b.   To approve retrospective and current payments 

c.   To approve draft budget for 2024-2025 financial year including options to consider including.

d.   To approve the precept for 2024-25 financial year.
