The Annual Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 12th May 2022 in Roughton Village Hall following the Annual Parish Meeting which starts at 7.30pm.

  1. Election of Chair and signing of acceptance.
  2. Election of Vice Chair.
  3. Election of RFO.
  4. Apologies.
  5. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.  (Disclosure by all members present of disclosable pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda that have not already been declared on their Declarations of Interest form or put in writing to the Monitoring Office at East Lindsey District Council).
  6. Approval of the minutes of meeting held on 20th May 2021.
  7. Review Standing Orders.
