Important advice for residents from ELDC
Good Morning,
I’m reaching out on behalf of the Home Energy Advice and Retrofit Team (HEART) at East Lindsey District Council. We’re excited to share that our ‘pop-up’ information clinic is up and running and engaging residents within the community. Our goal is to provide in-person support for residents who may have difficulty accessing assistance and grant funding they may be eligible for, helping tackle fuel poverty, reduce energy bills, and improve comfort in their homes.
You can learn more about the HEART team and our services on our website: Home Energy Advice and Retrofit Team (HEART) - East Lindsey District Council.
To enhance our outreach, we’re compiling a local events timetable to align visits from ERIC, our mobile energy van, and our team of advisors, with upcoming social events across parishes. If you have any local events scheduled, we’d love the opportunity to attend and connect with the community.
Please reply to this email with any upcoming events and their dates.
The HEART team is really keen to engage with residents who may struggle to access support or leave the house to attend events and seek advice. If you know of anyone that you believe we should be attempting to support in your parish, please do either pass on our details to them or let us know so that we can make contact.
Thank you in advance for your help!
