You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Roughton Parish Council, which will be held on Thursday 24th September 2026 commencing at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall on Main Street, Roughton. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.30 and 7.45 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

9. To consider future action regarding Highway issues:
a. Request by a parishioner to reduce the speed limit at 50 Acre Road, Thornton
b. To consider a request for a weight restriction on 50 Acre Road
c. Update on request for speed limit extension for Moor Lane
d. Request action from Highways on poor state of pavements in Roughton
e. Query regarding resurfacing of a parishioners driveway in Roughton
10. To receive an update on the future of the village hall (Cllr Spurrier)
11. To consider whether Roughton PC should become involved in a Community Emergency Resilience Response and attend ‘Ready For Anything: Building a Resilient Lincolnshire’ at the Petwood Hotel, 7th October 9.00 a.m-1600 .
12. To receive a report from Cllr Davies from the Community Speed Watch Group.
13. To note correspondence received by the Clerk; ELDC Media Releases, Town and Parish News, LALC Training Bulletin.
14. To confirm the next Council meeting as Thursday 19th November 2026 at 7.30 p.m.
